EXHIBITOR LOAD IN

New for this year:
Split entry times - Each booth is assigned a 7am or 8am check-in at one of two entry gates. Use the same assigned gate for load-out. Time and gate assignments are at the bottom of this page.

Check-in with QR code at entry gate - Sign in to Eventeny/Participate/Your Applications/Up Your Alley 2025 and scroll down to your QR Confirmation Code (You may download the free Eventeny app on your phone, or take a photo of your computer screen, or print your code). We will scan your code for entry at your gate.

Tables and chairs - You will pick up your prepaid rentals at our Site Operations Center located in the lot at 1401 Folsom at 10th Street. That location is staffed if you need assistance. 

Wifi - When you are on the fairgrounds, look for the network: 2025UYA PW: folsomstreet (or scan this code):

GATE ASSIGNMENTS:

If your booth number begins with F (for Folsom) or D (for Dore), you are in MAP ZONE A. Enter Folsom from 11th Street (line up on 11th from Harrison).

If your booth number begins with T  (for Tenth Street), you are in MAP ZONE B. Enter from Howard at 10th Street (line up on Howard).

*REMINDER: No electricity will be provided. Gas generators and amplified sound are not permitted on the fairgrounds.*

LOAD IN:

Fairgrounds open to walk-on exhibitors beginning at 7AM (you may come later, but must be completely set up by 10:45AM). Check-in with staff at any entrance or text Jukie at 415-850-9172.

For exhibitors driving onto the fairgrounds, line up at your assigned gate entrance at the assigned time.

If you are not in line by 8:50AM, you are considered a NO SHOW and your reservation will be canceled with no refund.

You must drive slowly through the fire lane behind a walking assistant. If you do not arrive with a person who can perform this function, we will provide one for you.       

DO NOT BLOCK FIRE LANES

If you paid for rental of a booth structure it will be onsite and set up.

You are expected to unload, move your vehicle off the fairgrounds, then setup.

You must have your vehicle off the fairgrounds by 9:30AM.

If your booth is located on Dore, exit at Dore and Howard.

If your booth is located on Folsom, exit at 9th and Folsom. 

If your booth is located on 10th above Folsom, exit at 10th and Howard.

If your booth is located on 10th below Folsom, exit at 10th and Harrison.

Setup should be complete by 10:45AM.

PARKING:

Street parking may be available. Most parking meters aren’t active on Sundays, but read all signs. Don’t leave anything of value in your vehicle.

LOAD OUT:

Teardown at the end of day begins at 6:00PM and must be complete by 7:30PM.

Vehicles are allowed back on the fairgrounds only when event security and SFPD declare that it is safe for them to enter (usually around 7:00PM). 

Vehicles are to enter at the same intersections used for load in.

When your vehicle arrives at your booth, you should already be packed and ready.

If your booth is located on Dore, exit at Dore and Howard.

If your booth is located on Folsom, exit at 9th and Folsom. 

If your booth is located on 10th Street above Folsom, exit at 10th and Howard.

If your booth is located on 10th Street below Folsom, exit at 10th and Harrison.
