EXHIBITOR LOAD-IN/OUT

• EXPANDED FOOTPRINT! Up Your Alley is bigger than ever this year! Please check the map to make sure you know where you will enter and exit.

• Split entry times: Each booth is assigned a 7am or 8am check-in at one of two entry gates. Use the same assigned gate for load-out. Time and gate assignments are at the bottom of this page.

• Check-in with QR code at entry gate: Sign in to Eventeny/Participate/Your Applications/Up Your Alley 2026 and scroll down to your QR Confirmation Code (Download the free Eventeny app on your phone, screenshot, or print your code). We will scan your code for entry at your gate.

• Tables and chairs: If you added rentals, you will pick up your prepaid items from event staff at the corner of 9th and Folsom. When you break down, please place tables and chairs on the closest sidewalk and we will pick them up!

• Wifi: When you are on the fairgrounds, we will provide login info at check in.
  

GATE ASSIGNMENTS:

If your booth number is between F1325 - F1440, use ENTRY/EXIT GATE A. Enter Folsom from 11th Street (line up on 11th from Harrison).
If your booth number is between F1200 - F1324, use ENTRY/EXIT GATE B. Enter Folsom from 8th Street (line up on 8th from Howard).

*REMINDER: No electricity will be provided. Gas generators and amplified sound are not permitted on the fairgrounds.*

LOAD IN:

Gates open to walk-on exhibitors at 7AM (later is ok but must be completely set up by 10:45AM). Check-in as above or text 415-552-3247 to let us know you are onsite.
For exhibitors driving onto the fairgrounds, line up at your assigned gate entrance at the assigned time.
If you are not in line by 8:55AM, you are considered a NO SHOW and your reservation will be canceled with no refund.
You must drive slowly through the fire lane behind a walking assistant. If you do not bring a helper, event staff are available.       

DO NOT BLOCK FIRE LANES

You are expected to unload, move your vehicle off the fairgrounds, then setup.
You must have your vehicle off the fairgrounds by 9:30AM.
Please follow the ENTRY/EXIT MAP (above) for which exit to use. Please do not turn around, but go forward to the closest intersection to exit.
Setup should be complete by 10:45AM.

PARKING:

Street parking may be available. Most parking meters aren’t active on Sundays, but read all signs. Don’t leave anything of value in your vehicle.

LOAD OUT:

Teardown at the end of day begins at 6:00PM and must be complete by 7:30PM.
Vehicles are allowed back on the fairgrounds only when event security and SFPD declare that it is safe for them to enter (usually around 7:00PM). 
Vehicles are to follow the same entry and exit routes as used for load in.
When your vehicle arrives at your booth, you should already be packed and ready.
