LOAD IN for FOOD BOOTHS
Carmen’s Taqueria, Hawaiian BBQ, Tante’s, The Juice Club, World Famous Corndogs
Food Booths must arrive between 8AM-8:50AM; you must be ready for inspection by 10AM
The only entrance for food booths is on 12th Street at Howard .
Drive no faster than 5 miles/hour, to your designated space
If you do not check in by 10AM for SFFD and SFDPH inspections, you are considered a NO SHOW and your reservation will be canceled with no refund
You should be ready to serve at 11AM
No electricity will be provided
Amplified sound is not permitted at your space.
Masks are recommended, but not required for food servers
LOAD OUT for FOOD BOOTHS
You are expected to serve until at least 5PM; no new sales permitted after 5:45PM
Breakdown at the end of day begins at 6:00PM and must be complete by 7:30PM, including cleanup:
You may bring flattened CARDBOARD ONLY to the closest recycling station. You must pack out all other trash/recycling/compost/liquids.
No trash shall be left in a space after a food booth has left the fairgrounds. In the case that there is trash left behind, the Exhibitor team will document the trash and a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
To load out, your vehicle will again enter the fairgrounds on 12th Street at Howard. Please note: drivers must wait until a Folsom staff member lets you know that we have received approval from SFPD to let vehicles back onto the fairgrounds (usually around 7pm)
LOAD IN for FOOD TRUCKS
Cielito Lindo, Humphry Slocombe, Kabob Trolley, Melina’s Kitchen, Mozzeria, Sunrise Deli, Waffle Roost
Food trucks must arrive between 9AM-10AM
Enter on 9th Street from Harrison, following the instructions of Folsom staff, driving no faster than 5 miles/hour to your designated space
