EXHIBITOR INSTRUCTIONS

NEW THIS YEAR:

  • Check-in with QR code at entry gate: Sign in to eventeny.com and go to your Folsom Street Fair 2025 application to save your QR confirmation code. We will scan your code for entry at your gate. A screenshot of that code will work too.

  • Loading passes are required for vehicles on the fairgrounds. Pick up your pass from the Folsom Street Fair exhibitor lead at your assigned entrance gate. Only the correct gate will have your pass. Keep this pass inside your driver’s side dash for both load in and load out.

  • Pre-ordered tables and chairs must be picked up from the following assigned locations:

    • Booths F001-F096: 1286 Folsom Street (Folsom Street Community Center)

    • Booths F097-F188: 1401 Folsom Street (Site Ops parking lot)

    • If you didn’t request accessibility support, event crew may still be available to help carry your table & chairs to your booth; limited staff available.

    • A limited number of tables and chairs will be available to rent onsite for $30/table and $15/chair, first come, first served.

EXHIBITOR LOAD IN:

Fairgrounds open to walk-on exhibitors beginning at 7AM (you may come later, but must be completely set up by 10:45AM). Check-in with staff at any entrance.

For exhibitors driving onto the fairgrounds, you will be assigned one of 2 entrances AND one of 2 entry times (7AM or 8AM). This stagger in timing is to give exhibitors some space and lessen traffic. Thank you for your attention and patience. Entry gate and time assignments are at the bottom of this page.

  • Vehicles must be in the check-in line by 8:50AM; if not, you are considered a NO SHOW and your reservation will be canceled with no refund. If you are in line, you will be let in. 

  • A passenger from your vehicle is required to walk with your vehicle to your space. PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR THIS. If you don’t have a passenger, we will supply a volunteer to do so, but this may cause a delay. Vehicles on the fairgrounds must stay at or under walking speed at all times. 

  • You are expected to unload your vehicle, then move it off the fairgrounds BEFORE setting up your booth.

  • You must have your vehicle off the fairgrounds by 9:30AM. Exit slowly. See the attached map for your exit.

  • Do not block the fire lane (marked in red on the entry/exit map); only vehicles in motion are allowed in the fire lanes.

If you rented a booth structure from us, it will be onsite and ready for you to set up your space.

Setup should be complete by 10:45AM.

ENTERING THE FAIR

If your space is on Folsom Street between 7th and 10th (F001 through F096), enter Folsom Street from 7th Street:

  • Vehicles line up in the left-side traffic lane on 7th to turn left onto Folsom Street (against one-way sign) 

  • Exhibitor team will assist your entry onto Folsom Street

If your space is on Folsom Street between 10th and 13th (F097 through F188) enter Folsom Street at 13th Street (Division) :

  • Cars line up in the right-side traffic lane on 13th Street to turn right onto Folsom Street.  

  • Exhibitor team will assist your entry onto Folsom Street 

PLEASE NOTE

Open WiFi network available to all: Sniffies WiFi

Electricity will not be provided.

Gas generators and amplified sound are not permitted under any circumstances.

EXHIBITOR LOAD OUT

  • All sales end at 6:00PM sharp

  • Teardown at the end of day begins at 6:00PM and must be complete by 7:30PM

    • Plan to box-up your goods before going to get your vehicle so that you are ready to quickly load-out once vehicles are allowed to re-enter the event footprint.

  • Vehicles are allowed back on the fairgrounds only when SFPD and event security deem that it is safe for them to enter (usually around 7:15PM.) 

  • Return to the fairgrounds through the same intersection you entered in the morning to be walked to your space, following instructions of Folsom Street staff.

  • Do not block the fire lane; only vehicles in motion are allowed in the fire lanes.

PARKING

Street parking is available, though not abundant. Do not leave anything of value in your vehicle.

BOOTH STAFF

You may arrive with your staff or they can show up separately for their scheduled shift time. If they arrive before 11am, they can walk onto the fairgrounds through any gate. Once the fair is officially open, at 11am, the gates will be staffed with our volunteers requesting donations from those entering the fair. To bypass the lines, please have your staff approach the gate host (likely the loudest and most interactive person working) and let them know that they are working a booth.
